Return and Exchange Instructions:

|Towels and handkerchiefs|

Towels and handkerchiefs are personal hygiene products. For hygiene reasons, no return or exchange service is provided if they have been opened.

Pursuant to Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Act on Reasonable Exceptions for Telecommunications Transactions, the seven-day cooling-off period does not apply to unsealed personal hygiene products. Note: The cooling-off period is not a trial period!!

 

|Other products enjoy a seven-day appreciation period|

According to the Consumer Protection Law, consumers have the right to a seven-day cooling-off period starting from the day after the goods arrive. After the goods arrive, the next day will be the first day of the appreciation period, and the appreciation period will last until the 7th day, which is a 7-day appreciation period.

 

|What should I do if I receive a defective or wrong product?|

Please keep the item in its original condition. In order to protect your rights, please take photos for record.
If a paper invoice is issued, please keep the original invoice and send it back with the return.
Please contact us through customer service and we will arrange the return or exchange as soon as possible.

|Reasonable range error, not defect definition|

The following are all normal phenomena within a reasonable range:

The products on the website may vary due to different brands of computer monitors, different resolution settings or different personal perceptions. Slight color difference does not mean defective products, the actual product shall prevail.
The ceramic production process is complex, and it is normal to have occasional dimensional errors, small bubbles, stains, black spots, bumps, or the bottom is not glazed for anti-slip purposes.
Each batch of ceramic raw materials is slightly different, so there may be color differences between different batches of ceramics. This is not considered a defect. Please understand before purchasing.


|How to return or exchange products?|

No exchanges are available except for defective or incorrect products.
If you want to return the product, please contact customer service within 7 days of the appreciation period, keep the product "new and unopened" and the integrity of the product (do not put it in water, use, or disassemble it), and be sure to return the complete product, invoice, accessories or gifts you ordered. Put it in the original packaging to facilitate the subsequent inspection of returned goods.
When applying for a return of a product, please first confirm that the product has not been used. If any signs of use are found upon receipt of the return, it will affect your refund rights.


If the purchase amount due to return or exchange does not meet the free shipping standard, the shipping fee of the original order will be deducted from the refund.


If the product originally met the promotion criteria but later failed to meet the promotion criteria due to return, the refund amount will also be deducted from the promotion difference. If there are any gifts, please return them as well. (If not returned, it will be deemed as the original price of the gift).


Fragile items cannot be returned via convenience store returns and can only be returned by home delivery.
After the appreciation period, no return or exchange service is provided.
